Woman Sues Princess Cruises for Injuries Sustained During a Fall

December 3rd, 2008 · No Comments

A Houston woman injured on board one of Princess Cruise’s ships has sued alleging negligence. The lawsuit, which does not mention how she was injured, alleges that the company knew of the danger and did nothing to eliminate the danger.

The woman experienced injuries which have prevented her from doing simple daily tasks. It has also affected her ability to do her job. She has required a large amount of medical care between the fall in 2006 and now. She also states that she will have to continue to need medical care for her injuries in the future.

The original lawyer she hired apparently didn’t perform to her expectations and so he has been named as one of the defendants in the case filed by her new lawyer. The lawsuit has been filed in Galveston County District Court.
